The Great Outdoor!

Once upon a time, children ran around outside for exercise and enjoyment. nowadays most kids , they sit on a front of a screen for entertainment, exercising only their eyes and finger muscles- get sicker and heavier. According to surveys a lot of kids of today are obese and heavier." Modern day kids" have a "green grass" deficiency.  In which they only need the "great out doors"

The sights and sounds of nature both relax the mind and invigorate the body. The colors, movement and fresh air are just what they need. And all of these are abundant and of free gift from nature.

A moving body is good for growing brains. Increased movement of the body promotes faster blood flow to any organ, especially the brain, is like watering and fertilizing a garden. Neuroscientists have found that blood flow to the brain increases the release of a substance called nerve growth factor (NGF), which helps release "happy hormone" which are natures own anti-depressants and anti-anxiety medicine. No wonder the Creator himself who has an infinite wisdom that no human being can fathom is connected to Nature. He spent  most of his earthly ministry and communicating to the soul through nature.

Because of this rush and noticeable changes and development all of us must adapt. An adaptation that leads to our consciousness. On what we are going to say, to do, or even to wear to express ourselves and to feel the insurance of belongness. Fitted jeans and skirts, dresses in different styles. In fact, most of us were addicted to trends of fashion that can make us stand out among others. This also dig the trenchant wit and creative ideas of the designers and manufacturers.
